The SWL series worm gear screw elevator uses worm gear transmission screws to complete functions such as lifting, lowering, pushing, and flipping. It is a basic lifting component and has been listed in the JB/T8809-1998 standard. Widely used in various industries such as machinery, metallurgy, construction, water conservancy, chemical industry, medical, cultural, and health, it has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, easy installation, flexible and reliable use, high stability, and long service life. It can be directly driven by electric motors or other power sources, or manually operated. This series of worm gear screw elevators can be self-locking, with a load-bearing capacity of 2.5t~120t, a maximum input speed of 1500r/min, and a maximum lifting speed of 2.7m/min. There are different structural types and assembly methods, and the working environment temperature is between -20~100 ℃. The lifting height is manufactured according to user requirements.
In order to improve the efficiency and load-bearing capacity of the SWL series worm gear screw elevator, a special and advanced process has been developed using domestically advanced circular arc tooth cylindrical worm gear to enhance the overall performance of the elevator and meet the requirements of our customers.
