The DLZLYJ series gearbox is a high-precision hard toothed belt thrust pack gear transmission device designed for plastic and rubber screw extruders. The product design is based on the technical specifications specified in JB/T8853 "Cylindrical Gearbox". Its characteristic is that the gear and shaft components are made of high-strength alloy steel material. Gears are processed through carburizing, quenching, and shot peening processes. The precision level of the gear is GB/T10095 level 6. Tooth surface hardness HRC57~62. A large-sized thrust bearing is installed at the front end of the hollow output shaft to withstand the axial thrust of the screw during operation. The whole machine has the characteristics of small size, high load-bearing capacity, smooth transmission, low noise, and high efficiency.
